Welcome to Kamakshi Apartments
Kamakshi Apartments, registered in the name of Grih Mantralaya Employees Co operative Group Housing Society Limited registration N0 810 (GH) was formed in 1983 by a group of the people working in the ministry of Home Affairs. The construction of the society started in 1994 and the possession was given in 1999.
There are total 120 flats, out of which 85 are 4-BHK & 35 are 3-BHK with an area of 1560 Sqf., 1360 Sqf. & 1220 Sqf. The complex has six towers of five floors with four flats in each floor. Society has nine parks including two big parks and a Mandir. The society is being managed by elected Managing Committee and a team of Caretaker, Electrician, Plumber, Gardner and Sweepers.
